Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy
smplstore ships packages on standard business days (non-holiday). For materials in stock, in most cases, orders received by 9 AM Pacific Time will ship same day. For orders received after 9 AM, items will ship the next business day.

Warranty Policy
smplstore warrants merchandise against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of the original purchase of the merchandise. Any merchandise failure not originating from defects in materials or workmanship will not be considered covered under warranty.

Defective Merchandise
If your merchandise arrives malfunctioning or appears to be defective, please contact smplstore@smplsolutions.com to obtain warranty assistance. At its discretion, smplstore may decide to repair or replace defective merchandise through its facility. Defective merchandise returned to our facility will be replaced with the same model.

Damaged Merchandise
If your merchandise sustains transit damage, please call Customer Support at 1-800-943-7675 or email us at smplstore@smplsolutions.com. You must make claims for damage within 3 days of delivery. After this time, we will not accept responsibility for the claim. We will contact the delivery carrier on your behalf and have the merchandise picked up and inspected. Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping carton.

Refused Shipments & Returns
Merchandise that is refused or returned within our terms will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, please call as soon as possible at 1-800-943-7675. No charges will be posted for cancellations that are made prior to processing and shipping. The Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges on all returned items.

Replacement Policy
In the event that you receive a defective product there are 2 methods available for receiving a replacement:
Standard Replacement: smplstore will ship a replacement after receipt of the defective product. Replacements are typically shipped within 1-2 days of the receipt of the defective product; however, it may take up to 4 weeks to turn around. A return authorization number (RMA #) is required for all returns. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.
Advanced Replacement: smplstore will ship a replacement and charge it to your credit card or PayPal account. Once the defective product is received at our warehouse, we will issue a full credit within 2-5 days of receipt. A return authorization number (RMA #) is required for all returns. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.

Return Policy and Procedure Return Policy:
1. smplstore offers its customers a 14-day return on most purchases. Any breach of smplstore ‘s Return Policy Procedure will result in the loss of smplstore’s return/replacement commitment. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.
2. Product must be clean and undamaged, with no usage marks of any kind. If product was shipped to Customer double-boxed, it must be returned double-boxed.
3. Original manufacturer’s packaging, both inside and outside must be used. Please do not write on the box. Returns must be complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc., just as the Customer received them.
4. Product will be returned to Customer should it be found in poor condition.
5. Customer may (at smplstore’s sole discretion) charge customer for items missing from returned package, i.e. manuals, power supply, etc.

Product Return Procedure:
1. To return merchandise in compliance with smplstore’s policies, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the return period for the merchandise as described herein. Please contact us to acquire an RMA number. smplstore will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued RMA numbers are valid for 14 days, within which returned merchandise must be received by smplstore. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned merchandise.
2. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned merchandise to smplstore. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return merchandise during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned merchandise will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by smplstore. If any component of the returned merchandise is missing, smplstore may, at its sole and absolute discretion, reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component(s).
